We are now back home after our trip to Poland. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and everyone we have dealt with at your company. We have been so impressed with your professionalism and the service provided by each person we have dealt with. The staff we met with were polite, arrived in plenty of time and we couldn’t have wished for better. The vehicles used were comfortable and clean too. I visited Krakow for three days this week and used the services of Krakow Direct-twice for visits to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mines. I am pleased to report that the whole experience was very impressive, from the original research via their website; the ease of booking; the promptness of the pick ups; the vehicles; the friendliness of the drivers; the clear explanations given on what to expect on the tours and finally the guides themselves - especially Evelyn on the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour. Their may be cheaper options but based on my brief experience I am confident you would not regret using Krakow-Direct, indeed I think you too will be very satisfied just as my daughter and I were.

Brilliant service and experience delivered by krakow direct. We went on the combined aushwitz and salt mines tour, was picked up by Voytek at the arranged time. He was very welcoming and helpful (and even brought me back my purse after leaving it in the van!) Because we was so pleased with the service, we then went on to book our transfer to katowice Airport. Again the service was excellent. The driver was very nice and on time and was also not overly expensive. Thank you very much!

This is to say how much we enjoyed our trip to Kraków it was made so much better because we used Kraków direct the office staff was always quick in their response and the drivers always polite, prompt and helpful will definitely use them again and will be recommending them to any of my friends

From the outset, Krakow Direct have been superb. Magda helped to book the perfect private trip to Auschwitz. Peter the driver meet us at the hotel and gave us so much history during the trip to and back from Auschwitz. He organised a lunch for us and is a credit to your company. Joanna guided us around Auschwitz and told us so much and answered any questions we had. Fantastic service throughout, thank you.

We booked two tours with you and I have to say from the initial enquiry to being dropped off after the second tour was absolutely perfect. The staff are incredibly polite & extremely helpful. Michael, our driver sorted our tickets, introduced us to the tour guides at the various destinations and met us after each part of the tour, plus the vehicle was very clean. It took away any stress so we could concentrate on enjoying the tours. I would highly recommend Krakówdirect. Thank you.

Hi, I’ve just returned to Ireland with my boyfriend after a trip to Kraków. We were blown away by the service we received from you guys. The taxi to and from the airport was so clean, comfortable and warm and we had a lovely driver from the airport to the hotel. We also booked the day trip to Auschwitz and the salt mines on Sunday and our driver was Michael. Michael is excellent at his job and looked after us very well, we couldn’t have asked for better. We learned so much in one day and we felt as if we could relax knowing we were in safe hands with Michael and he Was very informative. We have just returned and are already planning our next trip to Kraków! Thanks for making our time more enjoyable and thank you Michael for making everything run so smoothly.

During my holidays to Kraków I spent 3 days with Kraków Direct tours. I am surprisingly glad to tell how excellent tours they made. Everything was easy and the drivers (read quides) spoke excellent English. They even offer audio and quide book with my own language, Finnish. Extra thanks to Mihael, who told much extra information while driving and while stopping to show interesting things. Happy new year!

Excellent tour service - we booked a last minute private your to auschwitz and the salt mine, our drive Peter was really nice and very knowledgable about Poland. We were collected in the morning and driven to both locations to be met by our tour guide, tickets had already been arranged. Would highly recommend this service, great value for money and you learn a lot!

Dear Krakow Direct I have just returned from my short break in Krakow. We booked Krakow direct for both the Airport Transfers, and our trip to Auschwitz and the Salt mine. I cannot recommend krakow Direct enough, what a fantastic company. All three drivers, were smart informative ,on time, polite, helpful, the office staff were helpful, even helped us when we had a problem with our travel agent. Dear all We had a very special trip last Friday. Our driver Michael and the man giving the talk at the extermination camps was of a very high standard and the Salt Mine at the end was fascinating. The visit to the camps was an intense experience but we felt we owed it to those who had died so horribly. Our driver was very patient in the Friday night traffic and kept a close eye on all his group. Thank you for a very special trip.

I used Krakow direct for an airport transfer. I emailed initially as I wanted something clarified and Cuba dealt with my query in an efficient friendly manner and I was able to book the transfer with him through email. We were collected on time and the driver was courteous and friendly. The car was clean and comfortable. An excellent service.
