Just a note of appreciation for the excellent way in which Peter represented your company when we took the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour with him on Saturday, 11 May. Peter was a great driver, very personable and knowledgeable and made our day as he was so helpful, pleasant and efficient. Could you please thank him for us, and also ask him to convey our thanks to his wife, Monika? Monika booked us into a great restaurant where we not only had a terrific meal but also traditional singing by a group of some 30-40 people who were eating there too! We had such a wonderful time in Krakow that we shall be back. Hopefully Peter may get to take us to the salt mines!! We shall definitely recommend your company but were delighted to have such a nice driver.

Hi, We recently returned from krakow and used your services 4 times whilst there. Our driver on three of those ocassions was Peter. I know there are 3 Peter\'s who work there but our Peter had a little boy aged 4 and his wife was named Monic. I have had to write to you to express how pleased we were with the service you provide and how polite Peter was to us. He was informative on our drive to our hotel, pointing various things out to us and again on our two trips. He was attentive to our needs and we couldn\'t have asked for a better driver. Peter and team, My husband and I have just returned to Scotland from a four day stay in Poland and I cannot thank Peter and his drivers enough. From initial contact, the communication, professionalism, punctuality and general help and knowledge were second to none. Thank you so much for helping to make our trip to Krakow run smoothly, we had arranged a surprise for my husband and after many emails to you from my friend it all went to plan, poor martin our driver had to make an excuse to stop at the airport on our way to Auschwitz, when he came out of the airport he had our friends with him which was a great surprise for my husband. Thank you martin for that. Martin was also a great driver, which could not be said for all polish drivers as some of them were crazy drivers. He was also very polite and on the way to Auschwitz he pointed out lots of interesting things.We will definitely be coming back to Krakow and will not hesitate to use your company again. Dear Sir, There were 4 of us on a trip to Poland (with Billy Currie) & we hired your company to pick us up from the airport, take us on various excursions, then back to the airport. You organised a guide for the Concentration camps & she was absolutely outstanding. The driver that we had for the 3 trips we went on was excellent. I am planning another short visit with my wife & another couple in the future, (probably 2014) & if that driver is still working for your company, then it is he we would want to travel with (& also the guide for the camps). We felt so safe on the roads; he thought of places to take us that we had not even heard about & his English was superb. I hope to do business with your company again in the future.

From start to finish the service provided was fantastic. Booking was easy and quick so booking multiple services was effortless. The services were fantastic, even special requests were not a problem. All our drivers were ready, waiting for us (even Martin who was ready for us even though we landed 40 minutes early). Vans were spacious and comfortable. When we come back to Poland, we will only be using Krakow direct.

Just back from a trip to Krakow with 13 friends. we used KrakowDirect for group trips to the salt mines Auschwitz and Zakopane as well as airport transfers. My wife and I also booked a personal rip to visit relatives. Very impressed with the service - punctual polite and very knowledgeable. Cars / minibuses immaculate. Have to single out Peter who drove us to visit relatives and came in with us for four hours and helped with translations as my Polish is very weak. Thanks guys!

We were so impressed with your company and felt like people should know! We booked a trip to Auschwitz and The Salt Mines on Saturday 27th October 2012: we were picked up (early!) in a very swish Mercedes Benz van. There were 4 of us in our party, plus 1 other person in the van so it felt like a really personal experience. The driving was excellent and very comfortable. When we arrived at Auschwitz, our driver sorted us out very quickly and made sure we found our guide. He was waiting for us when we came out and took us straight to Birkenau and again made sure we were in the right place. He then took us to The Salt Mines and recommended a lovely restaurant for us to have something quick to eat...he even checked with the local staff that we had been seated and served properly! He then dropped us off, back at our apartments. His name was Martin and he was fab- he looked after us all day. We also used Krakow Direct for our airport transport yesterday and again they were early and it was a very comfortable transfer. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again if we go to Krakow. Thank you so much for making our holiday so enjoyable and easy.
