Hi Peter/Paulina. Just a quick message to say thank you for the great service provided by your company for our stay in Kraków. The pick up from and to the airport was great. The trip to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines also something we will never forget but fantastic service on being picked up, the swap over for the salt mine and dropping us back to the hotel. Can you please thank Peter and Lucas who drove us on the Auschwitz and Salt Mine tour, they were great with explaining a lot about Kraków, Poland and Auschwitz and the Salt Mines before we got there which was great. They were also very polite and kind. Could you also pass me the names of the driver who picked us up from the airport and the person who took us to the airport for our return flight as we also want to thank them on our trip advisor review, which as you can guess will be very good for your company. Thank you for a great service and we will definitely use you again when we return to Poland in the future. We loved Kraków and all 4 of us believed it to be one the best cities we have visited with so much too see and do. We are hoping for a return again next year and if so we will let you know and definitely use you again.

Hi there would just like to thank your company for the excellent service provide to us on our recent trip. The drivers were exceptional and courteous and the vehicles were top quality. The transport always arrived on time and we are very impressed. Martin was one of our drivers, he was very informative, friendly and entertaining. The driver that took us to Auschwitz was extremely efficient and went out of his way to make everything easier for us by sorting out the ticket situation which had gone wrong at Auschwitz. Hello, we had an amazing time it\'s such a beautiful city we will certainly be going back and we will deffinately be using your company again we both want to say a massive thank you for your service it made our holiday that much better, being 4 hours delayed we couldn\'t believe our driver Jaro was still waiting for us he was a lovely man and was very helpful, polite, informative about the city, and spoke great english! Then when we went to auschwitz and the salt mine we had a fantastic driver (named Chris) he made our day, he was very talkative explaining lots of krakows history telling us places to visit, he stayed with us to make sure we got into both places ok then was there waiting exactly where he said he would he was never worried about time and we felt we had time to do what we wanted and didn\'t feel rushed! We have never met anyone as genuinely nice as our two drivers they both had a great interest in us having a brilliant holiday! And we certainly did!! We would also like to say that we were very impressed by how the drivers were always on time never had us waiting around which for such a short break was very important for us!!! And how clean and comfortable the cars were!!! We were very impressed by such a great service for a very good price we honestly can\'t thank you enough and we will certainly use you again.

Airport Transfers and Tours were perfect - all drivers were nice and friendly and on time even earlier. Also our Tour Day with Matthew ( cannot spell his Polish Name ) and the group we were with for the day made the day enjoyable. Hi Peter, Just to say another BIG thank you for all of your help in planning our return visit to Krakow last week. We all thought that our visit in March could not be beaten but this time it exceeded our expectations. Guido Zabrze Coal Mine visit was very interesting and the shooting trip was brilliant fun. Auschwitz-Birkenau and Oscar Schindler Factory gave us chance to reflect on more serious and emotional matters. As per usual all of your drivers were prompt, polite and extremely helpful for the duration of our tours including advice on what to see, where to eat and where to go in and around Krakow. Hi Peter. I just wanted to let you and your company know how pleased we were with your service in Krakow this week and especially how highly we think of your driver Lukasz Jaros. From the moment he picked us up at the airport to the moment he dropped us of - and with our trip to Auschwitz in between - he was courteous, polite, punctual, friendly, and helpful. His English is excellent and he went out of his way to make us feel at ease in Poland. He took the time to recommend restaurants and jazz clubs and to point out interesting things along the way. He provided us with bottled water and made sure we were always comfortable and safe. This was a working trip for me, one of many I take around the world every year. Wherever I go I employ companies such as yours and drivers such as Lukasz so when I tell you he is exceptional, you should believe me!
