Hello Paulina I just wanted to say Thank you for helping make our trip such a success, everything went really smoothly and we had a great time. Michael was waiting for us with my name card as promised, and Michael and Peter were both prompt and very welcoming. Michael (sorry not sure on spelling) our driver for the first 3 days was fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful he is a real credit both to Poland and to your company, a really lovely man. Peter also was very nice but we only had him fro the trip back to the airport. The only negative aspects of our trip could not have been controlled by you, namely the rain on 2 days including when we went to Auschwitz and I lost my wedding ring somewhere between Stansted and the arrivals lounge at Krakow. I hope to visit again with my wife this time as Krakow is such a lovely city, do you cater for couples with smaller vehicles or is it just groups. Anyway thank you again for making the trip so enjoyable. I will recommend you to anybody I know who may be visiting your wonderful city.

Krakow Direct, I wanted to comment on the service that we received from you while we were in Krakow on April 8 to April 11th. Specifically, I want to complement you on our driver, Thomas. We found him to be a wonderful representative of your city, your country and a pleasure to be around. He was an excellent driver and we felt that he was well trained and very careful. He was helpful and courteous and made our stay very memorable. Clearly, he had a great deal of pride in his job and he was very professional. Hello Joannna!! Im back to Madrid and one of the first things that I wanted to do is to write to you... Thank you very, very much for all!!! Everything was perfect!!! Thomas was excellent and was all the time taking care of us. If you will excuse me, I would like to give you some advice.... Don´t offer the service as a Private Driver. It is so much more than this!! Offer it as a Personal Assistant!! I´m sure that all drivers have the same attitude of Thomas and definetely he was not just a driver and the experience for customers is fantastic. When I have a little more time, definetely I will write about your company at Trip Advisor and other web sites. PD: as I said to Thomas, the only thing that I can critic to your company is that you are only in Krakow!! I´m sure that if you were also in Warsaw, my days there should be so much better!!

Dear Magda Just to inform you that we ve really enjoyed our stay at Krakau. Further on we would really like to recommend the driver from Friday . A magnificent person who really did everything and even more to get us ( the 5 ladies) safely to Auschwitz and our hotel , arrange our lunch box , told us more about Krakau and everything we would like to know and so much more during our ride . I have already travelled a lot for work or free time leisure but I have to admit that he has done an amazing job and with so much passion for us as guests in Krakau. I booked the two camps and salt mines with yourselves and was very impressed with the complete tour from start to finish. We were collected from our hotel then stopped for dinner at a traditional Polish restaurant before going to the salt mines. Driver was very friendly and helpful and even asked us were we wanted to be dropped off at the end of the tour. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience seeing the sights and history of Poland.

This was our second return to Poland, Krakow after visiting last year. My girlfriend and I decided after our travels last October to treat my aunt to a trip to Krakow for her Christmas with a trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau & Salt Mines. Booking with KrakowDirect was excellent with direct email containing all information in regards to our trip and settling any queries or questions. We were collected at our apartment at 9:15 in Krakow Main Square at Apartment Rynek Glowny by our driver for the day, Martin. The first trip was to Auschwitz/Birkenau and took roughly an hour or so drive. The journey was pleasant as we chatted away to Martin about Poland and its surroundings and he passed on some knowledge along the way. When arriving at our destination, Martin had already organised our tickets and entry, whilst we had some hot drinks as the weather was -12!. We shortly met up with our tour guide and small tour group and were on our way. The trip around the first camp is an experience that one simply cannot put into words, but only suggest that others may travel and experience for themselves. The first part of the tour took around one and a half hours accompanied by a tour guide. On our exit we were met by Martin and our nice warm Mercedes van for the short trip to the second camp. We made the journey around the second camp and took in the surroundings and excellent knowledge of our tour guide once more. The snow and cold bite in the air added effect to the history around us. We made our way from the camps and headed for the Salt Mines of Wielicka, which was around one hour thirty minutes drive. On our travels once more we enjoyed chatting to Martin, our driver, about our experience so far. Arriving at the Salt Mines, Martin told us that it\\\'s common to attend a nearby restaurant for lunch as part of our trip, however today was a celebration day in Poland and a Catholic celebration therefore the Salt Mines were closing sooner than usual. We had more of an appetite for history than food so we soldiered on with our tour. Martin sent us in to have a coffee and relax for a short spell whilst he braced the cold and once more arranged our tickets and entry. We began the tour accompanied by our tour guide and group. The Salt Mines were beautiful to the eye, packed with history generations deep. The tour took around the two hour mark and once again by an excellent tour guide. We were met by our driver Martin once more, as darkness fell upon us we drove our short journey back to Krakow. The tours were both excellent and interesting, accompanied for the day by a delightful, helpful and pleasure of a gentleman Martin, who my aunt, girlfriend and I could not speak more highly!.
