We originally only booked an airport transfer but when our flight arrived half an hour early and Tomas (he was studying robotics at Uni) was waiting for us with my name on a board it was very reassuring and professional. So much so we booked Auschwitz with him for the next day. When Martin came to take us to Auschwitz we asked if we could also include the Salt Mines which was not a problem even at such short notice. He worked to our schedule and was always waiting for us even if we were a little late!!! Good Afternoon, i just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you very much to you, your company and your drivers. On arrival we were meet in the arrivals hall and taken to the two mini buses where 18 cold beers awaited our arrival. The transfer was quick and the drivers answered any/all questions and dropped us at the front door of the hotel where upon they gave me the receipt for the beers. On departure the drivers arrived early and took us swiftly back to the airport ready to check in. A really great experience from start to finish. Excellent service all round and truly excellent value for money.

He then took us to Auschwitz/Berkenau and on to the salt mine afterwards he helped us so much. Martin picked us up to take us back to the airport for our return journey.
